CSR at Chambers Bank

I started at Chambers Bank this past July. I thoroughly enjoy this company and the oppurtunities they have already given to me.
I am still in training and learning new things. However, at the end of my training I will be able to open all account types including business as well as do day to day transactions, and work to keep the branch in order.
I got into banking about a year and a half ago, and it's a job I really like. I like to learn about money and help people with finances. There has been so much opportunity for me to learn and grow while working in banking.
During my freshman year of college I took time off work to get acquainted with my classes and starting at UCA. I ended my break from work around spring break of 2019 & started my new work venture with Centennial Bank. This job was my first step in banking, and I eventually became skilled and cross trained in almost all banking teller requirements.
During my time with Centennial Bank I learned a lot of basics in banking. It helped me learn a lot about my own finances and how to manage myself.

Loblolly Creamery
Shift Lead
March 2016- June 2018

Loblolly Creamery was my first official job, aside from some babysitting. I started at Loblolly in 2016 about three months after my 16th birthday. I started working so that I could start saving money to fund my education at UCA. Loblolly Creamery has had huge expansions over the last few years, but when I started back in 2016 the company had roughly 15 employees. The company started in a small local corner store with about half of the store rented out to be an ice cream shop. After about a year and some months of working here the company expanded and got it's own building!
After this expansion I got cross trained in coffee and was made a shift lead. When possible I tried to focus on coffee, and it became my favorite thing to do on the job. I left Loblolly in 2018 to start my college career at UCA.
